Description
Attractive and problem-free honey-gold surfaces enjoy wisps of olive iridescence. Enough retained luster and sharpness of detail suggests a finer grade than EF-40 to our eyes. One of only 16,402 half eagles of the date produced, most of which suffered heavily from prolonged circulation in the Carson City region. We don’t recall the last time we offered this date, especially in this grade. In an old-style green label PCGS holder with plastic frame.
