Housed in a PCGS genuine only holder this satiny and lustrous example shows lively olive highlights throughout. In fact, this example shows very little actual wear, hence our assigned grade. Far more rare than its mintage of nearly 3.8 million suggests. Much of the mintage was sent to European banks where many were melted, and others lingered in the vaults in San Francisco until their destruction in 1933. An infrequent visitor to our sales, so plan your bids accordingly.
