MintProducts Auctions is a division of Jeff Kierstead Rare Coins LLC. We offer monthly online coin and currency auctions as well as live auctions held at least twice a year.  All our auctions feature online bidding – so you can participate from anywhere!

Jeff’s coin auction experience goes as far back as 1984, when he ran his first coin auction. He was also a founding partner in an auction company from 1993-1998.

MintProducts Auctions offers hundreds of unreserved lots in each of its auctions. Items included in the lots are Rare Coins, Bullion, Type Coins, World Coins, Paper Money (Currency), Key Dates, Silver Dollars, Modern Issues, Tokens + Medals, Copper/Colonials, Gold & Silver Coins, Proof Sets & Mint Sets, Attractively Toned Coins, and more.

Daniel Kierstead,  a graduate of the Northeast School of Auctioneering, has been a part of MintProducts.com for over 15 years. He is based out of Manchester, NH and holds New Hampshire License #6139.

Greg Walsh, based out of Keene, NH, has over 30 years of experience and has been calling auctions since 1979. He holds licenses in New Hampshire (#5049), Vermont (#63591), and Massachusetts (#AU3034).

Jeff Kierstead, has over 40 years experience as a full time coin dealer and has sold over 100 million dollars in coins over the years. His first business was Jeff Kierstead Rare Coins founded in 1979. He is well known by coin dealers and numismatic industry leaders as being fair and knowledgeable and is a member of prestigious numismatic groups such as the PNG. His numismatic expertise ranges from U.S. Colonial Coins to U.S. Territorial Gold and everything between.

Jeff founded MintProducts.com in 1999 and it was one of the first internet coin stores of its kind. MintProducts.com began by selling American Silver Eagles and U.S. State Quarters and has expanded into one of the largest internet retailers offering a wide selection of coins and supplies that it is known for today. The company  is no longer owned by Jeff, but by longtime employee, Jamison Morin, since 2017.

Having spent some time one the Auction side of Coin Dealing early in his career, Jeff was always looking to open his own Auction House and did so in 2015 with MintProducts Auction. Offering both Live Auctions and Online Only Auctions, he is now able to travel nationwide to coin shows and coin dealers to bring a large variety of consignments to MPA. Auctions are held monthly online and several live auctions are held in New Hampshire throughout each year.

We are authorized dealers of both NGC (Numismatic Guaranty Corporation) and PCGS (Professional Coin Grading Service) Certified Coins.

Our September 2016 auction held on September 19th, 2016 in Nashua, NH featured 770 lots, including many pieces of scarce and highly collectible Paper Currency.

Featured in this video is a Georgia $8 Colonial Currency piece from the auction. It’s an (1776) Undated issue. Rare “young sword in hand.” Very Fine but has a few light repairs. Estimate $1,500 – $2,000.
